This Privacy Policy explains how Biz Intellix (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit bizintellix.digital or enquire about our training.

2. Data we collect
- Enquiry data: name, email, lesson interest, preferred evening, and message content you submit.
- Booking data: payment references, attendance notes, and feedback related to workshops or mentoring.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for trading account passwords, identification documents beyond what payment processors may require, or sensitive health data.
3. Purposes & legal bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver training, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. Bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a training practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
4. Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months if you do not enrol. Enrolment and invoicing records are retained up to 7 years for accounting and dispute resolution. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
5. Sharing
We use processors for email, hosting, and payment confirmation. They may only process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Our studio operates in Korea; hosting or email processors may store data in other countries, including the UK or EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
