Refund Policy

This policy covers fees for Biz Intellix educational lessons: Price Action Foundations, Market Structure Clinic, and Private Mentoring. It does not cover broker fees, data subscriptions, or any product we do not sell.

1. Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether a deposit or full fee was paid, and whether the lesson has started. Trading outcomes after training never create a refund right.

2. Price Action Foundations

• Deposit (₩200,000): Refundable in full if you cancel at least 14 days before the first evening. Forfeited inside 14 days, except when we cancel the cohort.
• Balance: Refundable in full if cancelled at least 14 days before start. Between 13 and 7 days, 50% of the balance may be refunded. Inside 7 days, the balance is non-refundable.
• After start: No refund for evenings already delivered. If you withdraw mid-cohort for documented medical emergency, unused evenings may be credited toward a later cohort within 12 months (not cash-refunded).

3. Market Structure Clinic

Full fee refundable up to 7 days before the clinic date. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to another named trader once, subject to capacity.

4. Private Mentoring

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the session for a full credit or refund of that session fee. Inside 48 hours, the session is charged. No-shows are charged in full.

5. Non-refundable items

• Completed mentoring sessions and completed workshop evenings
• Printed materials already issued when you withdraw after distribution
• Alumni clinic discounts already applied (the discounted fee follows clinic rules above)

6. When we cancel

If Biz Intellix cancels a cohort or clinic, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next available date. We are not responsible for travel or hotel costs.

7. Rescheduling

Foundations seats may be moved once to a later cohort if notice is given at least 14 days before start and space exists. Mentoring reschedules follow the 48-hour rule.

8. Work already started

Once a workshop evening or mentoring hour has begun, that portion of the fee is earned. Partial refunds, when granted under section 2, apply only to undelivered evenings.

9. Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may require you to confirm account details.
