Terms governing use of the Biz Intellix website and enrolment in price action foundations and related technical analysis training.

These Terms of Use govern access to bizintellix.digital and enrolment in training offered by Biz Intellix (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit enrolment enquiries. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
2. Educational services
Biz Intellix provides educational workshops, clinics, and mentoring on price action and technical analysis. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of trading profit. You remain solely responsible for your capital and decisions.
3. Enrolment & accounts
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are requests, not confirmed bookings until we accept them in writing and any required deposit is received. You agree to provide accurate contact details.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, worksheets, recordings, and site content remain our intellectual property. You may use materials for personal study while enrolled. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from our materials commercially without written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt servers, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive messages). We may refuse service where conduct harms other participants or the learning environment.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biz Intellix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses incurred after training. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
